I am trained in Organizational Development – NPI-Netherlands (1998). I’m a licensed Psychotherapist since 1986 and a licensed Clinical Psychotherapist since 1985. I did my Master Degree (MA) in Clinical Psychology at the University of Kiel, Germany in 1972.I have also been trained under the guidance of the Masters of the Himalayan Tradition for 25 years. My expertise lies in mentoring work with CEO`s, and top leaders and designing leadership conferences incorporating inspirational presentations and the dialogue methodology. Since 1980 I have founded a number of educational and nonprofit organizations, these include the Himalaya Institute of Germany and more recently the Gueldenholm Foundation and Human Culture Akademie.

I work with diverse clients such has academic organizations to corporates like Unilever, Tchibo, and the Government of China. I have worked cross culturally and trans-globally for UNESCO and the World Bank. In 2008 I created the Nile Conference and co-developed the Arab Water Academy (AWA) in Abu Dhabi.
