Lucky Yadav

I am an Organizational Psychologist with expertise in recruitment, staffing and training. My area of specialization is, delivering training, designing and developing content, leading teams of trainers, and directing enterprise initiatives. What challenges me is bringing significant improvements in learning processes, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction while reducing costs, improving employee motivation and maintaining a positive work environment. I have been working with diverse organizations such as NGO’s, Government bodies, Retail players, BPO and IT. Currently, I am pursuing my Doctorate Organisational Behaviour.
